RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Overview We want you to love your Lumivée products. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unopened and unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at jolexchristevertorres@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first — items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Beauty & Skincare Products For hygiene and safety reasons, opened beauty and skincare products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at jolexchristevertorres@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened beauty and personal care products
  • Items not in original condition or packaging
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at jolexchristevertorres@gmail.com.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
