SHIPPING POLICY

Overview At Lumivée, we want your skincare experience to be seamless from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect.


Where We Ship We currently ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally or to US territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the US Virgin Islands.


Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Times We ship all orders from US-based warehouses so you receive your products quickly.

Please note delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high demand periods such as holidays.


Shipping Costs We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum order required. You pay what you see at checkout — no surprise fees.


Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order at any time by:

  • Visiting our Track Order page at lumivee-3.myshopify.com
  • Entering your tracking number on the carrier's website
  • Contacting us at jolexchristevertorres@gmail.com

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation email.


Lost or Stolen Packages Lumivée is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and around your property
  2. Contact your local post office or carrier
  3. Wait 24 hours as packages are sometimes marked delivered early
  4. Contact us at jolexchristevertorres@gmail.com if the issue persists

We will do our best to assist you and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.


Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Lumivée is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at jolexchristevertorres@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is processed.


Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jolexchristevertorres@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.


Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After 12 hours, your order may already be processing with our fulfillment team and cancellation may not be possible. Contact us immediately at jolexchristevertorres@gmail.com if you need to cancel.


Holiday Shipping During peak holiday seasons such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year, please allow additional processing and delivery time. We recommend placing orders at least 10 business days before major holidays to ensure timely delivery.
